CleanPune provides home deep cleaning, kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, commercial cleaning, office cleaning, and pest control services. By booking a service through our site, you agree to allow our professionals onto your premises to execute the booked cleaning task.

2. Booking & Cancellation

All bookings must be confirmed via our WhatsApp business channel. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must inform us at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled start time. CleanPune reserves the right to charge a nominal fee for last-minute cancellations or slot blockages.

3. Customer Obligations

You must ensure that our cleaning professionals have safe access to the cleaning site, including continuous electricity and running water supply. Any special delicate items or highly valuable belongings should be secured before the service begins.

4. Service Guarantee

We take pride in our service. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our work, please inform us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of completion. We will review the case and arrange a free re-cleaning of the specific area if needed.

5. Liability Limits

CleanPune is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wear and tear, incorrect installation of fixtures, or delicate surfaces that are not suited for standard cleaning products. Our technicians are fully insured, and safety measures are thoroughly followed.
