How do I book a cleaning service?
Booking a service is extremely simple!
- Browse through our services list on the homepage or specific categories.
- Click ADD on any service to add it to your booking cart.
- Open your Cart from the header or the cart icon in the top right.
- Fill in your details (Name, WhatsApp Phone, Address, Date & Time Slot).
- Click Book Now via WhatsApp. This automatically saves your booking in our database and redirects you to WhatsApp with a pre-filled booking message.
What areas in Pune do you serve?
We currently provide express cleaning services in Hinjawadi, Wakad, Kothrud, Baner, Balewadi, Viman Nagar, Kharadi, and surrounding areas. You can select your location in the top location bar to check. If your area is not listed, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp to confirm availability.
Are the chemicals used safe for pets and children?
Yes, absolutely. The health and safety of your family is our top priority. We use certified, eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odorless cleaning products and gels. Our pest control solutions are safe for children and pets. However, for general sprays, we advise keeping pets and children away from treated surfaces until they are completely dry (typically 1-2 hours).
How can I modify or cancel my booking?
If you need to reschedule or cancel your service, simply reply to our WhatsApp thread or message us at +91 9325160053 at least 4 hours before your scheduled time slot. Rescheduling is free of charge!
Do I need to be present during the service?
We recommend that you or a representative is present at the beginning of the service to point out specific areas of focus and at the end of the service to inspect the completed cleaning work. All our professionals are background-checked and highly trained, so your property is in safe hands.
